The Commission welcomes the opportunity to submit evidence to the Women and Equalities Committee’s Inquiry to inform Government strategy on reducing the gender pay gap, focusing on policies aimed at reducing the pay gap for women aged over 40.

Our submission considers a range of measures to tackle the causes of the gender pay gap, including careers advice, childcare provision and gender pay gap reporting.
