Briefing paper 3: Disabled people's experiences and concerns about crime: Analysis of the British Crime Survey 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10

This briefing looks at disabled people's experiences of crime and compares these with the experiences of non-disabled people. It considers the impact of crime on disabled people's lifestyles and concludes with disabled people's concerns about experiencing crime in the future. The briefing supports the Equality and Human Rights Commission (the Commission)'s inquiry into disability-related harassment.
