What equality law means for advertisers and publishers

This guide is for anyone involved in the creation, placement and publication of an advert. It outlines key aspects of equality law in relation to advertising of job opportunities, goods, services, facilities and accommodation, such as when an advert is discriminatory and who is liable if it is.
