Inquiry into the implications for access to justice of the government’s proposed judicial review reforms

The Equality and Human Rights Commission welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) inquiry into the implications for access to justice of the Government’s proposed judicial review reforms. Because of our statutory remit under the Equality Act 2006 and our status as a National Human Rights Institution, the focus of this inquiry is highly relevant to our work.
